federal, state, and local firearm laws must be obeyed. |

Gun
safety is YOUR first and foremost responsibility! Be sure
your firearm is safe to operate, and know how to use it
safely. |
| 3. |
All
shooters, and their guardian if applicable, must complete
and sign the Wild West Traders, LLC Gun Shop & Shooting
Range Admission ticket; read, understand and sign in the
section that RELEASES WILD WEST TRADERS, LLC FROM ANY
AND ALL LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY while on Wild West
Traders' property. |

Anyone
under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult
at least 25 years of age. The only exception to this age
limit is military personnel (Active and Reserve) wherein
the shooter must be accompanied by an adult at least 21
years of age. Young shooters (under 18 years of age) are
only allowed to shoot on the range with their parent or
guardian; one young shooter per adult. No children are
allowed on the range nor are they to be left unaccompanied
in the showroom while adults shoot. |

Commands
issued by Wild West staff must be obeyed immediately and
without question. |
| 6. |
All
firearms not on the firing line must be holstered or unloaded
with their action open and the magazine removed; otherwise,
the firearm should be unloaded and encased. |
| 7. |
Eye
and ear protection must be worn at all times before immediately
entering and while on the range. |
| 8. |
A
maximum of two people are allowed per shooting bay/lane. |
| 9. |
No
one is permitted forward of the firing line (the bench)
at any time. |
| 10. |
This
is primarily a pistol range and has limited caliber use.
Rifles chambered for typical pistol calibers are allowed.
Long rifles chambered in .22 calibers are allowed. |
| 11. |
Not
allowed: .41 or .44 magnum loads, or any cartridge larger
than .45 calibers. No 22 caliber magnums. No .17, 5.7
x 28, or shotguns, nor muzzle loading firearms may be
fired on the range. No fully automatic Class III firearms
permitted. Tracer, armor piercing, steel and military
surplus ammo is not allowed on the range. |

No
rapid fire, double tapping, or shooting a controlled pair
allowed. Shot speed should be one round per second. No
fast drawing is allowed. |
| 13. |
Drawing
from a holster is not allowed unless you are active duty
police, security, or military participating in a training
class or range-sanctioned event. |
| 14. |
Only
one weapon may be fired at a time. |
| 15. |
Food,
tobacco, and beverages are prohibited on the range at
all times. |
| 16. |
No
one under the influence or suspected of being under the
influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed on the range. |
| 17. |
Pregnant
women, or people subject to seizures, are not allowed
on the range. |
| 18. |
Always
keep firearms pointed downrange and unloaded until ready
to use. |
| 19. |
Treat
every gun as if it is loaded, and keep your finger off
the trigger until you are ready to shoot. |
| 20. |
Do
not lay a firearm down on the bench rest unless it is
unloaded. |
| 21. |
Do
not hand a loaded firearm to another person. |
| 22. |
Use
only the correct ammunition for your firearm. |
| 23. |
Only
approved paper targets may be used on the range. We reserve
the right to prohibit targets we deem offensive or unsafe.
Use the appropriate size target, placed at eye level or
lower, to ensure that your shot strikes the backstop and
not the floor, ceiling, or target carrier. Shoot only
at your target. Firing a shot that results in damage to
any range equipment may result in a repair fine, and/or
removal from the range. |

Do
not remove a jammed or malfunctioning firearm from the
firing point. Lay the gun down on the bench with the barrel
pointed down range. Then ask Wild West range personnel
for assistance. |
| 25. |
When
finished firing, unload your gun before leaving the shooting
point. |
| 26. |
You
may collect your own brass that is on or behind the firing
line. Brass from other shooters and all brass that falls
in front of the firing line may not be collected unless
authorized by Wild West range personnel or shop staff. |
| 27. |
Always
wash your face and hands immediately after shooting your
firearm. Our public restroom is located to the left just
outside the range and is available for your use. |
